ABCs + airway. Any stridor, wheeze, hypotension, urticaria, angioedema, or GI symptoms → treat as anaphylaxis immediately: IM epinephrine 0.3–0.5 mg (0.01 mg/kg peds, max 0.3 mg), IV fluids, supine, O₂. Update tetanus on all bites/stings.
