- CT abd/pelvis (with IV contrast) (most adults)
- RUQ US for biliary
- Pelvic US for OB/GYN
Initial management0/4
- NPO, IV access, fluids
- Analgesia (does not mask surgical exam)
- Antiemetics
- Early surgical / OB consult for instability or peritonitis
